DevNet International Development Studies conferences have been held biennially since 1998. They are New Zealand’s largest, regular, conferences on international development, and provide a great opportunity for Aotearoa New Zealand and Pacific residents to learn from each other and international experts.

Keynote speakers from past conferences have included: Robert Chambers, Robert Wade, Stuart Corbridge, Celita Eccher, Ema Golea Tagicakibau, Marilyn Waring, Michael Edwards, Motarilovoa Hilda Lini, Charles Waldegrave, Manuka Henare and Luamanuvao Winnie Laban. DevNet conferences are rotated between Aotearoa New Zealand Universities. The next DevNet conference is scheduled for 2008. Keep an eye on this website for news on this conference as it comes to hand.
