About 2/2: Established in 1982, International University of Japan is a graduate institution with the aim of training outstanding leaders for international society. We have today students from about 50 countries hard at work here, which reminds us again of the importance of our mission …
… For more than a decade, GLOCOM has made policy proposals that contribute to the information society. The roles played by GLOCOM have been especially significant in the areas of information and communication. In the coming decade, GLOCOM plans to conduct studies in new areas, in addition to its basic studies on information and communication. These will be activities based on collaboration among industry, the government, academia and the general public. GLOCOM will offer an “intelplace” for these activities.
