Helping HIV/AIDS Affected Orphans, the Poor, Underprivileged Women and Their Children

About /Who are these children and why do they need your help? The children are orphans and underprivileged children who live in Chiang Mai and surrounding villages. With your support, Grandma Cares provides each child with:
- Elementary school fees
- High school fees
- Uniform fees
- Lunch and milk/snack money
- After school activities
- Transportation
- Many more necessities such as shoes, socks, backpacks, school supplies, etc.
Life in rural Thailand is difficult. Thailand is still a developing country and the poverty level is high, particularly in rural areas. Too often, children are orphaned by the complications of AIDS and are left in the care of their grandparents.
The grandparents who are left to care for their grandchildren have little resources to provide for themselves, let alone the sudden addition of a child to their household.
