Programme coverage, or the proportion of eligible beneficiaries enrolled in a programme, is an important indicator of impact in humanitarian and nutrition programming. Over the years, a number of methodologies and techniques have been developed to measure nutrition programme coverage. These techniques, however, generally face similar problems. They generally provide a single wide-area coverage estimate, for example, and do not highlight specific areas where coverage is higher or lower.
