Programme coverage, or the proportion of eligible beneficiaries enrolled in a programme, is an important indicator of impact in humanitarian and nutrition programming. Over the years, a number of methodologies and techniques have been developed to measure nutrition programme coverage. These techniques, however, generally face similar problems. False memory is the phenomenon in which a person is convinced a memory is true when it is not. It was first postulated and diagnosed more than 100 years ago. More recently, clinical evidence suggests it is more widespread than had previously been appreciated.
