Elle fait partie de la seconde génération des ONG (Organisations non gouvernementales), celle des « French Doctors », ces médecins français qui en 1968, au moment de la guerre du Biafra, se sont révoltés contre le silence des humanitaires, liés par le secret et pourtant témoins des pires horreurs. Programme coverage, or the proportion of eligible beneficiaries enrolled in a programme, is an important indicator of impact in humanitarian and nutrition programming. Over the years, a number of methodologies and techniques have been developed to measure nutrition programme coverage. These techniques, however, generally face similar problems.
