The South East Europe Education Cooperation Network (SEE-ECN) is a broad-based, low-cost regional initiative that supports the exchange of information, ideas, and know-how for the reform and quality improvement of education in 11 countries in South East Europe. About 2/2: … SEE-ECN is a project within the framework of the Stability Pact for South East Europe (Task Force Education and Youth). The network is jointly run by Centre for Educational Policy Studies (CEPS) at the University of Ljubljana and KulturKontakt (Vienna). CEPS as the host institution is responsible for implementation of networks’ policy at the executive level and for coordinating its basic activities.

The network is also consisted of SEE-ECN regional nodes (one node per country) which are responsible for the promotion of the network in local environment, and contribute to the network by disseminating and gathering information, translating documents and assisting CEPS in organization of capacity building activities.
