About: The National Conflict Resolution Center was founded in 1983 by the University of San Diego Law Center and the San Diego County Bar Association.
With more than twenty years of experience and over 20,000 cases managed, NCRC is recognized as an international leader in mediation instruction and conflict resolution.
NCRC has three divisions, which provide specialized mediation and conflict resolution services:
The Business Center: Maintains panels of experienced dispute resolution specialists qualified to work with parties in a wide range of disputes including construction defect, real estate, and divorce.
The Training Institute: Provides training in conflict resolution and management to individuals, businesses, and government agencies in the San Diego region and beyond.
The San Diego Mediation Center: Works closely with neighborhoods and communities to find and resolve disputes at the local level.
