About 2/2: … We exist to improve the quality of leadership in the world and the way in which leaders have impact. Core to our values is our drive to bridge divides – between sectors, nations, cultures and different perspectives. We want to enable people in positions of influence to stand in the shoes of others, to understand the impact of their decisions, to make wiser decisions and to build a better world.
Our unique programme of learning “Quests” to major regions of the globe bring together leaders in a challenging, creative and sharing spirit to learn about key issues, challenges and opportunities, and to see the world through the eyes and experiences of others. We run two different but related types of programmes: Open Quests for diverse groups of 15 -25 individual leaders from different sectors; and Tailored Quests for Boards and senior leadership teams. Our programmes are currently run in Brazil, China, India, Russia, South Africa, Nigeria and Mozambique.
Our alumni include leaders from some of the world’s largest corporations and from SME’s, successful entrepreneurs and investors, and leaders from government, academic institutions, non-governmental organisations and the Arts.
Closely related to the work of Leaders’ Quest is the Leaders’ Quest Foundation, a UK and USA registered charity. The Foundation supports selected development and charitable projects for the relief of poverty in the regions of the world where we operate Quest programmes. In particular, it supports the leadership development of « grassroots » or community leaders in developing countries through the Foundation’s Fellowship Programme.
