GiveIndia is a donation platform that allows you to support a cause of your choice from about 200 NGOs that have been scrutinised for transparency & credibility. GiveIndia does not raise funds for themselves, GiveIndia helps you donate to other NGOs. GiveIndia lets you choose exactly how you want your donation to be used.  GiveIndia then provides you with a feedback report so you know how you helped to change a life.  The organisation ensures that at least 90% of your contribution reaches the NGO you support (as against the average of 40% for the NGO sector).
