One of the main purposes of the Buddhist Peace Fellowship is to build and support the socially engaged Buddhist community around the world. We do so by creating training, education, and practice opportunities for socially engaged Buddhists, supporting BPF chapters and affiliates, and generating Buddhist social analysis on issues such as race, gender, class, and social and economic justice (homepage).

About: Buddhist Peace Fellowship’s BPF open-hearted engagement with the world is expressed through expanding programs in the United States and Asia. Through BPF, Buddhists of many different traditions are developing individual and group responses to socially conditioned suffering.
