The Afghan Links News Letter is a spin-off from the British and Irish Agencies Afghanistan Group (BAAG) Bulletin that I created after September 11th in response to a need for up to the minute information. For the first few months it was issued daily then became a weekly e-bulletin which is still being published for BAAG Members.<\/p>\n

During a secondment from BAAG to ACBAR – the Kabul based Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief – I trained staff there to produce their own local version of a bulletin which is still going strong. Please refer to Agency Coordinating Body For Afghan Relief<\/a>.<\/p>\n
