The association was approved by Ministerial decree n\u00b0156\/05 on 30th October 1995. Its members include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The founder members<\/li>\n<li>Registered members<\/li>\n<li>Honorary members<\/li>\n<li>Sympathisers<\/li>\n<li>Decentralisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AVEGA&rsquo;S head office is based in the Remera area of Kigali .
