The WOMEN AND GENDER INSTITUTE<\/a> WAG\u00ce is Miriam College\u2019s center for research, training and advocacy on women\u2019s rights, gender equality and non-sexist learning in support of the leadership of young women and students. It offers a cross-disciplinal perspective on women\u2019s empowerment that is interlinked with democracy, human rights, social justice and value formation. WAG\u00ce forges links with other sectors, organizations and institutions at the national, regional and international levels.<\/p>\n
